I wrote and produced these songs between the Winter of 2019 and the Summer of 2022 – each represents emotions from different stages of the pandemic. So many were lost and so much changed over those years – and now it seems we are destined to repeat the cycle over and over.
This collection of songs is about my own physical and mental health journey over the past few years. A few years ago it was a challenge for me to get anything done and be hopeful about the future, but slowly my perspective and my health was transformed and now I’m looking forward to what comes next! I hope everyone out there can find that same path.
